The 2nd Class Discount

If you register for more than one class, you get a 25% discount on the second class.  One discount per class. Cannot be combined with other discounts.  

AM I A RESIDENT?

To qualify for the Resident discount, you must live within the district boundaries.

Sampler Card

Not sure you want to commit to a whole class?  Buy a Ridgeville "Sampler Card" that allows you to attend 8 classes of your choice whenever your schedule permits. Ultimate freedom, ultimate flexibilty. Cards must be purchased in the office with cash/check.

Tot and Youth Winter Classes

Intro to Ballet

(8 sessions) 4/7-5/26
Day/Time: Sat. 10-11am
Instructor: Katie Dahlaw
Ages: 4-6 (open to younger students with permission)

This class is designed to introduce children to the basic movements, techniques, and vocabulary of classical ballet.

Cooperative Creative Play

(8 sessions) 4/12-5/31
Day/Time: Thurs. 4-4:55pm
Instructor: Clare Tallon Ruen
Ages: 8-12

This is the ideal class for kids who get out of school and just want to have a snack, run around, and play games for a while. In addition to the "free play" portion of the class, participants will also spend each week learning and playing one new cooperative game that emphasizes collaboration and communication in pursuit of a common objective.

Kids Can Tap!

(8 sessions) 4/9-5/29
Day/Time: Mon. 4-4:45pm
Instructor: Laura Downey
Ages: 8-12
Fees: RPD Residents $64 Non-Residents $70

In this class, participants will learn traditional tap steps, proper technique, and how to safely execute the sounds while exploring their own creativity. Classroom combinations will be supplemented with free dance opportunities and skill building games. The class will culminate with an in-house dance performance for family and friends. Tap shoes are required and not provided by the park district.
